Si tienes el pie ancho o el empeine alto, elige una talla más grande.
Las longitudes de suela y pie están expresadas en cm.

At SevenB, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, your order is not what you expected, our customer protection policy has you covered.
1. Customer Protection Coverage
Under this policy, you may request a return or a full/partial refund if your order falls into any of the following situations:
The item has not arrived within the stipulated timeframe.
The footwear arrives damaged or faulty.
The product does not match the description in the shop (incorrect colour, material or model).
You are not satisfied with your purchase for personal reasons (change of mind).
2. Timeframes for Returns and Refunds
The protection period varies depending on your geographical location. The time starts from the moment you receive the product or place the order, as applicable:
Spain
Timeframe: Up to 30 calendar days after the delivery date.
Mexico and the Rest of Europe/USA
(Includes: Germany, France, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Great Britain, the United States and Japan)
Timeframe: Up to 15 calendar days after the delivery date.
Australia and the Middle East
(Includes: Israel, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain)
Time limit: Within 90 days of placing the order.
3. Product Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the footwear must meet the following requirements:
Be in its original condition (with no signs of wear on the sole or upper).
Retain the original packaging and all labels.
Include any additional accessories (extra laces, insoles, etc.) that came in the box.
4. Request Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact: Send an email to our support team with your order number.
Evidence: In the case of damaged items or those not matching the description, attach clear photos of the defect or the product received.
Confirmation: Once the request has been validated, we will provide you with the steps for returning the item or process the refund directly, as appropriate.
5. Additional Notes
Confirmation of Receipt: Normally, the system allows 15 days from the date you confirm receipt of the item for standard procedures, unless your country has the extended protection mentioned in point 2.
Postage Costs: Postage costs for returns due to ‘personal reasons’ (change of mind) will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
